Support
Help with your records, Apple Health, reminders and sharing.
Current availability
Bodori is currently in internal TestFlight testing. It is not yet publicly available on the App Store. The current internal build supports personal records without in-app purchases.
Availability and any future purchase options will be announced when they are ready. This website does not accept payments or offer a public test invitation.
Contact support
Email support@bodori.app with your app version, iOS version, device model and steps that reproduce the issue. If useful, attach a screenshot with private details hidden. Do not send passwords, payment card information or a full health journal unless particular information is needed to understand the issue.
Support is for product questions and privacy requests. It is not a clinical or emergency service.
Keep your records during an update
Update the installed app without uninstalling it first. Before an important update, you can export your journal and review your device backup settings. PDF and CSV exports are readable copies; Bodori does not currently import them to restore its database.
Bodori stores its journal locally and has no cross-device journal sync. We cannot recover your local records from a developer server.
Connect Apple Health
Open Settings → Apple Health in Bodori to choose import types and optional write-back. iOS permissions still control access. If expected records do not appear, check the Health app’s permissions and try the manual sync option in Bodori.
Apple Health does not tell apps whether read access was denied, so denied access can look like no available data. Manual recording remains available without connecting Apple Health.
To remove imported copies, use the option to stop imports and delete imported data. This does not delete the original Apple Health records. Clearing all Bodori local data also leaves Apple Health records in place.
Reminders and widgets
Enable notifications in iOS and medication reminders in Bodori. If reminders are missing, check the plan’s schedule and time zone, Focus settings and notification permissions. Reminders are a convenience and must not be relied on for urgent care or dosing decisions.
Medication details may appear in notifications. Adjust their visibility in Bodori and iOS to suit your privacy needs.
Open Bodori after changing records to allow its widget snapshot to update. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so a widget may temporarily show earlier information.
Export, share or delete
Use Settings → Data and privacy to create PDF or CSV exports or clear local data. For supported insights and progress, open Share to choose the details shown on the image, then share it or save it to Photos.
Saving an image requests permission to add to Photos. This feature does not read your photo library. If access is denied, review the permission in iOS Settings or use the system share option.
Deleting Bodori data cannot remove previously shared files, saved photos, earlier backups or Apple Health records. Manage those copies separately.
Understand the medication curve
The curve estimates relative change from logged doses and population parameters. It is not a blood measurement, an efficacy score or a dose calculator. Open Medication level model in the medication detail to see sources and limitations.
Do not use the curve to choose a dose, make up a missed dose or change a dosing time. Consult your clinician about treatment decisions.
